Thank you for stopping by www.ConsumerAdvocacy.com's "Consumer'Opedia".
In a nutshell, our "Consumer'Opedia" is dedicated to one thing: ensuring that the world's consumer advocacy (and consumer protection) groups have a place on the internet that they can call their own.
With that in mind, we have designed this site for two types of people. First and foremost, it is hoped that consumers who need help, will reference these pages when the need consumer help in the respective country
The second group is for consumer groups. Specifically, we hope that the world's consumer groups will use these pages to create their own "mini-websites" that can and will be accessed by the world's consumers.
To accomplish this, all one has to do is create an account (in the upper right hand corner, then visit the country of choice and start supplying information on the group that currently exists there.
In an effort to help with this, we have divided the "world" up into categories - obviously based on continents. To find a specific country and a consumer group therein, just click on the apppropriate geographic link and search!
At this point in time I want to stress one thing: this project won't work without your help. As such, if you know of one group that is not listed here, but should be, please let them know about our project and urge them to sign up, or even better, contact us ssorleahcim@comcast, and we will get in touch with them!
